Welcome to Atlanta Judo Midtown, a conveniently located dojo dedicated to enhancing judo skills for beginners, those who have been involved in judo for a short period of time, and for Masters. Our technically-oriented classes offer 1:1 instruction by Sensei Dennis Scheib - Rokudan, the only US Masters player in America to hold 10 contested World medals, including 7 gold World Championships; Sensei Oded Zyssman – Yodan, and Sensei Willard Jule – Sandan. Visiting instructors include Sensei Gary Berliner – Rokudan, and Sensei Gregory Gotlin – Yodan, among others.

In addition to judo, we offer classes in HaganaH, the Fierce Israeli Guerila Hand to Hand Tactics (F.I.G.H.T.), judo for grapplers focusing on takedown techniques, law enforcement training, children's judo and wrestling classes and body sculpting.

Atlanta Judo Midtown’s spacious, open facility features spring-loaded mats for safety. Our member judoka are seasoned, experienced, and passionate about sports. Whether you want to stay physically active, get into shape, or train for competitive tournaments, Atlanta Judo Midtown has it all. Workouts are designed to maximize individual performance and needs, and to enhance Masters training.
