Sensei Simon started Judo in France at age 4 at his local club. At age 10, he joined the Racing Club de France in Paris. Simon received his brown belt at age 14 and continued practicing through his late teens. After a 20-year hiatus, Sensei Simon enrolled his son Adam at AJM and quickly joined the adult class. Training at AJM and coaching the kids has revived his love for judo! He has gotten back into competing in regional and national tournaments and obtained his first-degree black belt in 2023 at AJM.
